It was another impressive demonstration of Ontario Corn Fed Beef when the mobile kitchen – “There’s No Taste Like Home” trailer – visited LaMantia’s Country Market in Lindsay.
On Sept. 1, 2010, local radio station BOB-FM was broadcasting from LaMantia’s as part of a “Summer Grand Prize Giveaway” that featured a barbecue, a patio set and Ontario Corn Fed Beef steaks.
Ontario Corn Fed Beef samples were also handed out to LaMantia’s customers during the promotion. Jim Clark, executive director of the Ontario Cattle Feeders’ Association, was interviewed on-air by BOB-FM hosts Dave and Julie.
